Lapworth is a village in Warwickshire, and the local history group has been going since 1965. As well as local meetings they have three or four visits a year, and the visit to Biddulph Old Hall is one of them The visit is a joint one with Biddulph Grange, with the party split into two groups, one visiting BG and the other BOH, then they’ll swap over. The group has as one of its members Paul Baker, who before retirement was the General Manager of Biddulph Grange for the National Trust.
